Street Racing & Kill Stories - Shut down the ricer flyby on a GT

Stop light, I look over at a black mustang, loud stereo blaring, throw him a rev, he nods. I ease out of the hole and he just takes off normally (WTF?). So then we go about a mile down the road to the next light. Turns green, I take off, he doesn't even leave the light? As I'm leaving the intersection he finally leaves then stomps it. I notice this and go back to first and spin for what seems like an eternity. He's about 1 car ahead as I go to second but by the end of second I was ahead by a fender and gaining. By the middle of third (80 or so) he was a couple cars back. I shut down and he paces me, give him the thumbs up, but he won't even look over.

Oh well. Always fun to lay the smack down on a mustang.

a guy in a mustang did almost that same thing to me like a year and a half ago when i had my 87camaro. i pulled up next to him, throw the rev, he nods, the light turns green and i take off. then i realize he didnt even try to race me, he is still sitting at the light. so i was like ok, whatever, no biggie. so i slow down, and then as i start to go into the left lane to make a left turn, he finally decides to get on it, and does the ol ricer flyby. the sad part about all of this is he wouldve smoked me from the beginning, considering it was 2.8v6 camaro. and he still didnt want any. o well. great kill by the way
