Default xfi 2.0

I'm hoping you guys know. I have 93 firebird still with a lt1. My problem is I've changed to Victor efi and msd power grid ignition with sbc distributor. The problem came up with the ecm. Unfortunately i know i have to run a fast xfi to control the injectors. My question is can i delete the factory ecm and if so what is involved. Oh also has th400.
