Default REV Limiter stuck at 6200RPMs

I posted a week or two back about a problem of mine. The REV Limiter will not go past 6200RPMs and the Predator tune was setup for 6800. Well after a buddy of mine helped out we used LS1EDIT to pull the file and look at it. There seems to be a set of REV LIMITERs, gears 1 - 6 are at 6800RPMs. There are two with "?" set at 6200 RPMs, and then the No Gear and reverse set at 6200RPMs also. What are the ? settings for and do these need to be changed? Looks like these Predator guys need to redo the settings.

That sounds messed up - I've never seen anything
but the 1-6, on the Predator. Did you try the idea
about pushing lower (like 6300, 6400) settings
through the Predator and seeing if anything "takes"?

From looking at my Predator flash file w/ HPTuners,
there seem to be a few things that it does, that
are "not entirely sane".

My rev limiter on my 99 did not work corectly until I contacted them(DiabloSport) and they did a custom tune to solve the problem. I think this has happened to a few others also.

Yeah a buddy of mine , James, and the manufacturer pretty much figured out that the predator programmer that James uses did not have some of the REV Limiter options. I got word today that they fixed the issue with the 99s.

And if you have a bad VSS sensor, you'll have to use that setting or the neutral limiter setting instead of the gear settings (I had to do this after my gear swap).
