Default No shift on WOT

Have a 99 vet with A4. I have installed a 3.73 gears and a Yank SS3800 converter. The problem I have is I cannot get it to shift on wide open throttle. Snap On scan tool says that computer is not telling selonoids to work. I have set tranny shift mph and rpm low and high with HP Tuner but still cannot get it to shift. It will shift fine just driving around town. It will shift manually from first to second but will not shift to third. This thing will always hit the rev limiter and will not shift. It will shift at about 3/4 throttle though. Any ideas on what to do is driving me crazy.

What are you using for shift pts.(mph/rpm)? Remember you must satisfy both conditions in order for the shifts to take place. Try 34mph/6000rpm for first and 70mph/6000rpm for second. This should give you 6000 rpm shifts.Try raising your rev limiter to 6400 rpm.

whats a good point to set the WOT shift speed for an A4 w/ 3.15s? A friend is having this same problem. Right now his settings are as follows:
1-2 shift 46 mph
2-3 shift 93
3-4 shift 255 (does this mean the trans does not lock up at WOT??)
2-1 shift 42
3-2 shift 90
4-3 shift 155

This is what I did today as I have had these tables everywhere but with no luck.
I set all tranny tables on Performance - Hot - Normal tabs to
1>2=10
2>3=30

Rpm Tables where set to
1>2=3000
2>3=3000
then went & drove it still will not shift at WOT. Something tells me it is in speedometer tables.
This is what is listed in HP Tuner Editor

Engine RPM = 16995

Trans Scale = 38.7139

Speed Input = 7812

I run a 3.73 gear with about 25.2 BFG Drag Radial.
Can anyone tell if there is anything I am overlooking!
