Default Any drivetrain or other mods needed with this?

Hello everyone. I'm new around these parts and just had a question or two. My car ('99 Z28 A4) is stock as it stands, but if all goes as planned, will not stay that way for long. I want to get a head/cam package with either Patriot Performance Stage II LS1 or Stage II LS6 heads, and most likely a Comp Cams 224/228 grind. To this, I would add an LS6 intake manifold. Hopefully, if all of my research has been correct, this set of mods should put me at about 420 rwhp. I want to do things right as I plan on keeping my car for as long as possible, so I want to see what else I should do to the car with these mods. To handle this amount of power, do I need to upgrade anything in terms of drivetrain or anything else? The stock tranny should handle it, but how about the rear end? Also, is there any significant advantage to going with the LS6 heads over the LS1's? Thanks everyone.
