Default Fuel rail covers

I was wondering if anybody runs without fuel rail covers? They are really just a 'dead weight' appearance item anyway, correct? Does the motor look ok with them off?

It looks much better with them on, but if you're all about driving, then they look the same either way with the hood down :-)

Depends on your engine setup. If you spend a lot of money on billet **** you don't want them. They'll just cover all the bling in your engine bay. If it's a stock engine it'll look like crap but that doesn't matter unless people are scoping under your hood.

The GTO FRC's look sweet. Don't remove them. The weight savings would be about .00001 in the 1/4 mile anyway.

I wasn't planning on removing them from my car - I was just wondering what the general thoughts were on the appearance of the engine w/o them.
It might be cool too if somebody had a clear molding of them...

What do the GTO FRC's Look like??? I don't think I've seen them.

I met a guy a few weeks back that took 1 FRC off of a Corvette, cut it in half and put it on his WS-6

Looks OK, but after he told me that, i was like, what a goober!

It's a sticker. There's a few guys here on the GTO forum trying to get a part number - unsuccessfully so far.
