I have had the deluxe kit sitting in my garage for two weeks waiting for a streak of good dry weather. The thing I dont get is how are you going to rinse the wheels until the cleaner is off with distilled water with the tires still mounted? Maybe buy 20 gallons of distilled water? How did you guys do it?

Zoopseal is great on polished aluminum and other types of metals. I zooped a set of polished Z06s without the tires mounted.
You can still seal them with the tires on but it will take longer to do. Its best if the tires are removed from the rim that way if the rims need polishing prior to zoopsealing you can have better access to polish them correctly.
Tips to zoopseal:
If you are sealing rims have them polish to the best possible shine prior to sealing.
Seal them in warm to hot weather 75+ with low humidity.
Like the instructions say do NOT over apply sealer. Too much sealer can make the finish look like it has a hazy film on it.
Do exactly as the instructions say!
And never use harsh chemicals like hose off wheel and brake cleaner or simple green like products to clean the wheel if you want the sealer to last.
I clean my wheels when they're cool to the touch and use mild car wash soap.

the outside rim.
