I had some issues on my ASP pulley, had to have it machined back. I was just wondering the same thing about the Mach pulley. Simple enough to tell. You wont be able to turn the motor by hand (with a wrench) it it is to tight, I caught it before trying to fire it up.
I think I have some pics on one of my webshots site.

I do as well ... thanks for the offer.
I guess the issue is can the March pulley be slid on far enough so that the belts line up?
I have a stock pulley on the motor in my car and I have a new motor on a stand and new, unmolested March dampner.
Tell me where I should measure ...
