I read an article in Popular Hot Rodding that they installed a set on a '98 standard LS1 Vette with 60K miles. They picked up 20HP and 13 ft-lbs of torque across the whole RPM range.

I had mine installed with the H/C package, Roger Vinci installed them and he worked with crane on the design-he said that he typically gets in the 14hp range with a basically stock car, I have read reports of 10 to 18, a guy on the c5forum installed his and go about 10rwhp across the board.

I'd rather get my lift with the proper cam.

Does it only increase lift? I have heard many say that it is ill advised to use 1.85's with faster ramp cams.. What would it hurt? Sorry to hijack the thread a little..

I bought the rockers on a group purchase.Thought they might enhance the performance of my stock cam.I'm running an intercooled supercharger setup on my Tahoe and will probably build a motor with forged pistons, cam and suitably ported heads when the 5.3 gets tired.Hopefully a year or so down the road.

I bought a set of the SLP 1.85 rockers and installed them 2 days ago. My "seat-of-the-pants-meter" says this was a good mod. My truck seams to have more power, especially in the 2500+rpm range.

Take a look at my dyno results at the link below.

It's not as good as I hoped, but I did install 4.11 gears and run 17 wheels on the 2nd dyno.

It feels as though it made more difference. I will get to the track in the future and see what happens there.
