how to know how much is milled off head? is there a way to know how much has been milled off a head?? something like a refrence point or something like that??

Re: how to know how much is milled off head? This bolt column is outside row of head below exhaust ports. All heads should read the same but i cannot verify this 100%.

Also is this dimension, 1.615" the same for all the different casting numbers (LS1 and LS6), 853,
241 and 243?
