Question black rubber trim along top edge of doors

How do you guys clean the rubber trim along the top edge of the doors on your fbody? Mine always seems to be discolored with a brownish film on it. Is there anything good for removing all contaminants and keeping it black? I don't want to cover up the stain, I actually want to remove the brown and get it down to the original clean black look.

Just spray some tire cleaner onto a rag and wipe it down real good.
