This looks like a log from a launch for a very short time. I also get knock retard for a brief time like that, but believe it is false knock from drivetrain harshness or something. Why do you care if you get a few degrees false knock that goes away by 10mph?

Your KR is all in FTC 22 (idle?). Very low RPM,
high advance, moderate-high MAP is a recipe
for ping. Long term trims indicate a significant
lean error being corrected (but O2s show fat,
so history and present time are discrepant).
Believe at idle you have both MAF and the
speed-density tune (VE) factors in play, do
not know your mod list and whether anything
like headers/cam are in the mix (which tend
to want low-RPM VE adjustments to make
idle right). It's just odd, that the LTFTs say
it wants enrichment but the O2s show rich
(which should index trims back down). The
setup may just have too much "swing" to it
(rich or lean, indicated or true, depending
on driving history) to ever be consistently
happy with one stable LTFT set? This is a
thing I suspect about headers, dunno if it
applies.

My mods are lid/filter, 4.10, Fm 13 230/232 110 +4 no headers, stock manifold and a LM. the car idles with the ac on and doenst do to much surging but i feel its way down on power because of it being so fat but the LTrims are +
