Absolute Speed Stage 2 5.3L heads - pics
Below are pics of my Absolute Speed 5.3L stage II heads .. at least I hope so .... I didn't get any paperwork with them ... I have contacted Jay on that ...

I'm not sure since the cam they gave me isn't the specs they said it would be!!
Said to be a 232/236 .59x/60x on a 114+4

Hey My cam is a 232/236 .575/.578 112+4 and It works great.
Im not sure what the extra lift would be worth but it would definitly be harder on the springs.

The RPM4 is 232/236 .598/601 114+4 if I am not mistaken.
