LS1Edit Where is the best place to get this? I've been looking for it around town for a while and no one has it/ I need help, I think its time for me to start trying to learn it.

I think you wil only get it via Carputing. You can't
use other peoples' copy on your car because of
the lockage. Check the PCM forum and you would
find (and be able to search up) plenty of info on
this tool and alternatives.

Carputing created it, and I don't think anyone sells it but them.
It was $550 last I knew.
