Default I have a question...

What is the average curb weight of a WS6 TA? I weighed my car at Etown this weekend and I'm thinking the scale is off a bit.

What did it weigh? There have been rumors that the Englishtown scales are not right.

Ok the car has nothing taken out of it, jack, spare, floormats, random pieces of clothing, cd cases, change... all in the car Also has BMR boxed SFC's. A bit of a 1/4 tank of gas with me IN the car the scale said 3580... I weigh 103, so that would mean my car weighs 3480?? That has to be off, isn't that very, very light for a WS6?

I weighed mine last year at E-town. It was 3680 I think, with me in it, I'm about 230ish (not a ), so that seems about right for E-town's scale.

I'd say 3475 is in the ballpark. Possibly 3500.

My 98 Formula was 3395lbs with 1/4 tank and no jack but with the spare.

Though not exactly the same, my 99 T/A weighed in at 3660 lbs with me. No weight reduction, though very little gas. At the time, I was about 190, so give it 3470. I'd say your real close.

I have heard of E-town's scale go wacko on occasion. MM&FF weighed a Bullitt once and said it was up near 3900 lbs with Evan at the wheel, which is WAY off. However, my cars have always been about the same there as when I weigh them at other tracks (I go to a lot of tracks and do a lot of weighing ).
