battery cover
i kind of want to put something over my ugly gray battery and the only thing i have been able to find is the MBA battery covers for like 110 bucks....i want the look but im not about to spend that amount of money.
does anyone know where i can get a little cheaper battery cover? can be plastic or metal or whatever and it would be nice to be able to get an "LS1" logo on it but at this point ill settle for something that just looks a bit cleaner.

made my own today...
took some aluminum flashing, cut it to fit, bent the edges in a vice, pop riveted the seams, topped it off with an "LS1" decal and hit it with a few dabs of aluminum polish....total cost= about 8 bucks
ill post some pics tomm...
edit: thanks to LS1Powered for the idea. its kinda similar to urs except polished instead of black.
