Year one, New Generation catalog....$34 I think.
I bought mine from the for my 98 SS. Its the whole lens and housing.

I got mine off of ebay. The ones I got are different than any of the others I've seen out there. I really like them. They have a section that is completely clear and then some with the pattern on it. I'll take pics if I get a chance tonight.
