I want 8 or 9 by 15 for the rear and
8 or less by 15 for the front but streetable

What is the lightest set of rims out there, and I mean feather light. I mean so damn light the car thinks it don't even got rims on.

You might check out the Weld Magnum Drags and Aluma Stars on our site. These are the lightest wheels we have found.

Bogart makes some of the Lightest wheels you'll find....but you'll pay for them. Weld makes several type that weigh a bit more (2-3 lbs each), but are MUCH less costly.

Just use your favorite search engine to find more info on Bogarts.

Take a look at Monocoque, they have some very light wheels. I have a set on one of our cars and are very pleased with them.

They all state clearly that they are race wheels not for the street. Do any of you drive with them on the street anyway? I'd like to find some light weight rims for the street.

hmmm...weld prostars or draglites are STEET LEGAL (well except for the 15x3.5 but everyone I know runs them without problems <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> )

Is there a difference between the draglight rear 15x8 and the stock z28 16x8s in weight or is it just the skinnies in the front that take off the weight?
