Default Speed Inc. Pure Evil Tranny feedback wanted.

Can't find a damn thing using "search".

I was looking at Speed Inc's Pure Evil S.2 tranny. I'm going to be in the Chicago area next week and thought I could have it installed and tuned while I'm up there.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

I've heard good things. I know Larry from Speed Inc. was running one in his single digit Camaro.

I have one, I bought it back in October when they 1st came out. Its the Stage II version. I installed with a VIG 2800 in my '95 LT1 Z28 and now it will be going into my 00' Formula.

I like it, it have Vac modulation so you have make a vac line for it. It came pained blackish, not the pretty blue in the pic, lol. The shifts are not the firmest I've seen, they do not chirp the tires when it shifts. And that ok for me, I drive on the street, I dont need the firmness. It kicks down almost immediately when you jump on it. Its a real nice piece.

Now that said, I had trouble with shipping and getting my core charge back from them. You said you will be going there to get it installed, so neither of my faults would apply to you.
