Default Maximus chipping away

I finally was able to get some good runs in tonight with my car. I pulled into Prairie Hill and made my first run on my stock GSC's and it turned out like this.

60'---2.14
1/8---8.48
1/4---12.93
mph---11.38

I was having to feather the gas the entire way down the track on this run So I decide to bolt on my ET streets just to see what the car would do. I pull up and get staged and launch off of about 3k (to see how the track would hook) this netted me the following:

60'---1.85
1/8---7.94
1/4---12.30
mph---111.39

after this run I was pretty happy since I got a new best considering the conditions I was running in. After I let the car cool down I pull back around to make another run and stage at about 3500 rpms, the car hooks and runs perfect. This run came out to the following:

60'---1.79
1/8---7.87
1/4---12.24
mph---113.92

by the time I see the slip I am thinking cool, its go time now. on the next run I stall it up to about 4800rpms and run:

60'---1.71
1/8---7.69
1/4---???
mph---113.92

when I got back and saw that it didnt give me my ET I was Pissed that was my 11 second pass right there.

next run I tried launching at 5500 but the tires wouldnt hold the track, this netted me another 12.2 @ 113 run. Finally I decide to make one more run and this is what I came up with launching at about 4300 rpms:

60'---1.75
1/8---7.75
1/4---12.10
mph---114.21

I didnt feel like running anymore since the track wasnt hooking like it should have been so I put on my GSC's and headed home.

Temp. 80 degrees
humidity 87%
baro ??

I didnt pull ANY weight out of the car tonight. I had all of my interior (including CD's, digital and video camera's and other junk) the spare and jack were still in place as well. I just pulled in off the street and bolted on my slicks to make these runs. I know I could have gotten 11's out of the car had I taken some of my junk out but o well, there is always next time. I am happy for now

Your MPH look reals good to me. It is just a matter of time and you will crack the eleven's. I have a H/C job and it took me a while to break the eleven's because of traction problems because of Nitto's and track preparation and getting used to the new setup. Because of hot weather Friday, I ran only one eleven, but I did this on Nitto's again and big 17 inch tires on front. I bought brand new MT slicks with Convo Pros (15) and I forgot the special socket for the special lug on my rears wheels and needless to say, I could not run the new tires and wheels on car I started to put on my skinnies but instead I just dragged car in street form and played with different settings on Hal shocks and varies tire pressures on rear. Ran a couple of 12.0's and a few higher. Anyway hang in there and your times will come down. Run when the weather conditions are right to get your best time. For now it is getting hotter and hotter in Louisiana, and I assume it is hot in Texas. Is your car a M6? What are your mods/setup?

The ASAP Pulley gave me about a tenth--good mod.
