How come in the Fbody shoot-outs the cars are not allowed to use wheelie bars? What is the reasoning behind it?

Um, does anyone have any pictures of 4th gens with bars? Because if I saw a Black WS6 with bars out the back, I might just need to change my drawers <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

NFRA - Wheelie bars are legal for Hot Street and Wild Street only.
