Default Has anyone had a chance to use the super-duper TEA port yet??

~340 cfm out of an LS6/6.0L casting: https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-internal-engine/144919-new-stg-3-ls6-6-0l-first-shot-off-cnc.html

Just wondering if there are any results available for combos using this head yet.

Isn't that head for a bigger displacement engine???

I was more interested in the Stage 2.5 LS6 heads. Brian, check you PM's.

Just put them on my 427 and I am working on the tune.
Results so far.
1. Engine sounds completly different.
2. I was done making power at 5900 on old setup now it pulls hard well past 6200.
3. Feels like it moved the torque curve up a bit in the RPM range but like I said I am still working on the tune.
4. The overwhelming feeling in the seat of the pants is GD!!!

dyno results should follow in a couple of weeks but I am still doing a lot of logging to get my tune setup right.

Those TEA "340" heads for the bigger bore sounds like a nice match for SLP's new 402 4 inch bore iron block stroker.

I know I like my TEA LS6 2.5's set up for a 3.9 bore...I'm sure the "340" are even better being adapted to the bigger bore.
