2 new p.b's in one day 10.89 n/a &9.94 n20
I went to St.Thomas today.
I wrote off my quest for 10's n/a. So I went into tech and after they asked me to heat up the track a bit(me having slicks) I gladly obliged. <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />
I was surprised as to how much the track hooked:
11.0...something something.....(can't find slip)
So I excitedly went up again, to help with the track of course. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
Next run was:
1.487,10.895,125.00
Yeee hawwwwww, I backed it up with a
1.512,10.899,125.27. so on with the nitrous. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
I then changed plugs(OH my god, what a job that was), moved my tranny blanket to the bellhousing, changed to race gas, changed the computer program(thanks Wade) and flowed the nitrous fuel system. This all took about 2 hours to pull off.
Then came my runs:
1.443,15.006,57.09(Went towards the wall in second gear and lifted)
1.453,9.947,138.45....now there we go.
Now I need to go to bed.(waking up at 3 to go to work.
Thank you Lucie, Kurt, Taner, Jennie, Wade, Nick and everybody that might have wandered by for your help, support, and videoing for me.

Congrats Roman!
1.4X 60's feel great don't they. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> 9's is amazing. I'm interested in the car setup as well.

Great runs today Roman, the driving was great!!!
With the car detunned andd still a 9.90 I think there will be a mid 9 sec. run from a 6 speed car!
Keep up the great work and glad to be there to help a bit

Congrats, great times!
I was all ready to go (Packed the car yesterday afternoon) went out for dinner last night and came down with food poisoning around 3:00am <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" />
going out next weekend weather permitting.
Great runs and congrats with the 10 and 9 second pass! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
Cheers,
Chris

Congrats Roman!
Roman has a SS, M6, with a 10 or 12 pt cage, an ARE 432?ci hydraulic iron block, and it's a heavy car mostly due to the iron block and the funny car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> cage he's got in the car.
I hope to join you in both categories this summer.

Just got home from work. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
I guess that a few specs would be in order.
PSJ, sorry to correct you but....it's a 14 point cage, I figured that while I'm doin it, I might as well go all the way. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> especially with the T-tops.
I haven't weighed it yet this year so my guess is around a 3850-3900 race weight.
I have a 422 ARE hydraulic cam, iron block with a NOS direct port fogger, LS6 monster heads, LS6 intake, etc etc....grotts, borla catback, customized mcleod street twin, adjustable master, Z06 slave, KTRE 33 spline 12 bolt w/4.10's(going to 3.73's soon) & 800 lb posi, BMR extreme torque arm, ARE chromemoly K-frame and A-arms, weld draglite skinnies w/DS2's and 15x10 w/28w's.
Thanks alot to ARE for an awesome package that rocks and for all of their help and support. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
