Default .3 gain?

if i put some 16 inch bfg drag radials on and cut my sixty foot to a 2.0 or less how much will that improve my et? i have a good clutch and now i have added a direct flow lid so any guesses. if it isn't gonna help much then i won't waste my money!!

That's an EASY 3 tenths-- 2.25 is high to begin with, and with drags you should be doing better than a 2 flat 60', too---

well i just can not hook at the track, i will try launching differently the next time i go either slip the clutch more, launch off idle or feather it more. anyway ill try that before i go to drag radials and see if i can be in the 12's. if i cut my sixty foot to 1.9 how will that effect my times to date just 3 tenths or more? oh anyone tried to launch from second gear? i tried it yesterday and launched at like 3800 and damn my car took off but by not usig first gear in the quarter will my times be slower honestly i mean the thing felt like it had 4.10 and a converter. anybody try it at the track and have any results

For every tenth you improve your 60' time that equals 2 tenths on the top end, so in your case it would be 4 tenths, good luck. "Drive it like you stole it!" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
