Need instruction for thunder coil relocation kit I got a thunder coil relocation kit but I don't have any instructions. Do I just pull the cowl out and screw the coils to the cowl and then put it back in and hook them up?

remove wipers: I think it is a 13mm bolt on each wiper arm.
remove cowl: a bunch of push rivets
you'll have to drill two holes per side to mount the brackets. It will be obvious where to drill once you're there.
