Are there any double valve springs that can be used with stock retainers? Thanks

nope. the only conical springs are 918's and there single. besides, just pick the the PP dual spring kit; 295 and comes with all you need.

You kinda asked two questions...stock diameter, and stock retainers.

There are at least two stock-diameter dual springs: Crane and Patriot. They're not beehive design so the stock retainers are not useable.

As jrp suggested, you can buy the Patriots (and Cranes) complete w/ new retainers and be all set.
