anyone have tune for a 224/228 cam?

anyone have tune for a 224/228 cam? before i spend all day at the dyno, i was wondoring if anyone had a 224/228 .563/.571 113lsa cam with headers, lid, and a cutout. i've got ls1edit now and am ready to play but need a good starting point. if any gods of tuning can help me out, i'd be very grateful!
