98 trans into 01 Are there any differences between a 98 auto trans out of a trans am and a 01 SS camaro? The reason I ask is my buddy had his trans go out in his 01 SS camaro and he found a 98 out of a trans am.
When I looked it up at autozone(where I work) we could order the 98-99 trans but not the 00 and up. He found a good deal on the trans but really needs to know if there are any differences in the two.
