Default Your opinions for a "boost" converter

Have a 4l60e, with a 3800 2.5 Str TCS converter... The converter is flashing to 6000 which is def. no good for holding the power my motor is making... Raymer suggested a tight 3000 stall but before I go and call Yank I'd like to hear some other opinions...

While the stall is out and am probably going to get a double check to make sure my tranny is still holding together and try and have it switched to vac modulation.

Thanks,

Rob

Rob,

Have you thought of a TH-400 Rob? I know it's extra $$$ right now, but I can't see a 4l60e reliably holding the power you're making. I think Yank offers a lockup option too

Yeah I will most likely go with one of them, just that right now I want to get the issues resolved with the 4l60e first... because I'm completely broke and cant afford a happy meal let along a 2k+ turbo 400. lol.

Roy, are you still interested in this converter? It's awesome for an N/A car... If i can sell it then I can go ahead and pickup a diff. one right away.

Rob

I have a Yank Pro Yank Extreme 3800 for sale with 2000 miles

This converter will definitly hold the power. N/a it flashes to 2600-2800 on the squeeze it will go to 3800.

Toss me a msg I will give you a good deal on it.

offaxis, how much power were/are you making?

Raymer told me to call Yank and tell them I need a verter for a turbo car...they'll know what I need... I'm going to do that and see what kind of specs they say and then I'll get back with you... thanks!

Roy, I'll PM you ... Special Friend pricing... lol... I also have a T-63 on the market if you wanna get nasty with your car.
