Question about slick or drag radial sizes.
My buddy has a stock Z06....went a best last night of a 12.43 on street tires. That was easing into it off the line a little. With DRs or slicks he'd do a lot better.
My question is....who makes slicks or DR's to fit those wheels? Would he have to get a different (smaller) set of wheels for the back?
Thanks for helpin

Re: Question about slick or drag radial sizes.
A friend has run 17x9 SS wheels with Nitto DR's in back, 1.7's.
Nitto is supposed to come out with an 18" DR that would fit those rims, sometime this year.

Its an 18/305/40. Alot of Lightning owners are running them with decent results (High 1.7's). I know that you can get them from Discount Tire for around $230 each.
