I'm getting ready to do a cam swap over 4th of July weekend. I'm going to use the Patriot Gold Springs that come with 16 black valve seals. I've read a couple of posts saying that some people had oil consumption on Patriot heads. Is there a problem with the valve seals that come with the Patriot golds? Should I go buy some OEM seals?

i believe terry switched to viton seals...they were using teflon and some people had oil consumption issues so he switched...you should have no problems whatsoever.
