Default 1.60 vs. 1.57 exh. valve

What difference would it make or would you see in getting a 1.6 or a 1.57 exhaust valve? The cam I'm using is 224/228 567/571 114

Well you would be ok cause you are lookin at gettin a dual pattern cam so the exuast lift and duration would probibly make up for the smaller valve. It would probibly make very little diffrence.
