Install the old crank bolt and tighten to 250 FT/LBS of torque.
Remove old bolt.
Install a new bolt and tighten to 37 FT/LBS of torque, then rotate the bolt an additional 140 degrees.
This is for the stock pulley. The instructions that come with the ASP pulley say 120 degrees.

In practice just torque as hard as you can ( with new bolt after seating the pulley). Last time I didn't even bother with torgue and degrees just pulled it as tight as I could. My experience is I'm able to pull 100-110 degrees after initial torque.

That is exactly what we did. That is the most I could do.
