Default Care to critique my newest timing table?

I added 4 deg to the entire table and removed a degree in some higher g/cyl and lower RPMS where i was seeing knock. I also smoothed a few other cells that dropped 2 deg or more.

Lightbulb

i wasnt using that actually. I was just looking at the #s and see how they drop from say 37 to 35 right back to 37. Speaking of the 3d line, is there anyway to smooth by dragging the lines down or up? Best i can do is highlight that particular g/cyl line.

BTW, the car isa 2000 c5 w/ headers, vararam and 4.10s. Any ls1 gurus that know what a stock ls1 likes best as far as timing? Perhaps too much timing isnt a good thing even w/o knock.
