HP and IFR question, idle use 80kpa value?

HP and IFR question, idle use 80kpa value? Obviously my vacuum at idle is higher then 80KPA (11.5psi) so would any value greater then 80KPA use the 80 KPA table as there is no table higher then 80 KPA?? Trying to get my idle Ltrims down a bit.
