Default Plz Help: Coolant Pressurized due to LS6 Intake/PCV mis-config??

We're dealing with some possible coolant pressurization problems following a new forged motor longblock installation. Install includes a Vortech S-Trim currently at 6psi.

During the engine build up, my mechanic converted to the LS6 valley configuration and plugged some of the PCV nubs.

Symptoms Include:
Driver Freeze Plug Popped Out, dumping coolant !!
Radiator Cap starting to let go.

I'm not sure if the coolant pressurization could be related in any way to the LS6 Valley/PCV setup?

:Edited out LS6 Intake Manifold Comments, focusing on LS6 PCV/Oil Valley

The front of the heads do need that coolant bypass pipe and line going to the radiator. If you don't have it then you can trap air in the cylinder heads causing the heads to crack or blow a gasket.

Ah, k. I think I am confusing things here.
We still have the front coolant line with the Ls6 Intake Manifold and we have the coolant bypass going to the radiator.

I've had the LS6 Intake installed for years with no problem.
We capped the rear lines and kept the front lines with no issue.

The only Recent change was converting the new block/valley to the LS6 type baffle and PCV setup. Does the LS6 type valley conversion and capping of old PCV nozzles have any affect on the cooling system?

Sorry if I mixed the intake into this topic. The change was the oil valley/pcv setup for this motor. Any relation to cooling system?

Maybe I'm just freaking out due to 2 coincidences of the freeze plug and the radiator cap going out. I don't want to deal with a head/block issue. We're going to test for coolant pressurization tomorrow AM.
