Default KDWS vs KDW

KDWS are 118.00 a peice
KDW are 144.01 a peice from discounttiredirect.com

what i wanna know is what is the major difference between these two?

my criteria for tires is
A.) its gotta be afforadable, (which is under 150 a peice)
B.) Good traction all year around (DO NOT have to be good at the track, but good enough for some spirited driving on the weekend)
C.) gotta last longer than these nittos (atleast another 5-10k longer, more if possible)
D.) something that will hook up fairly well on the high way if i spray a 75-100 shot every once in a while.
E.) Definately needs to have traction for safe driving in the rain (unlike nittos)

I know its nearly impossible to capture all of my criteria for tires within my budget, but i wanna get as close as possible, so any suggestions to meet at least my price criteria, id appreciate the help.

the BFG's work like this

K= Key element
D= Dry
W= Wet
S= Snow

The KDWS are good all season but not great performance wise.

Avoid the "S" you will not like it. Either KD or KDW.

I have no problem at all with the KDWSs I got. They hook ALOT better than the stock Goodyears.
