Anyone experienced speakers hitting against door panel?

Anyone experienced speakers hitting against door panel? I installed aftermarket woofers in the frontdoor speaker spots and they make a popping sound at loud levels, it sounds like they are hitting against something. Anyone experience their aftermarket speakers hitting against the factory speaker grills? Maybe its hitting against the foam that goes over the plastic hook that holds the door panel on?
