Default G5X1 cam and 921 springs

I am kinda new to cams so I have been reading for about a week trying to figure it all out. I kinda had my mind made up on the TR 224 on a 114 LSA. But then Lou suggested the X1 cam for my car, I did some searching and found only good stuff about it so I am going to go with his suggestion.

My questions are:

1.how much of a diffrence is there between these two cams?
2. will the G5X1 with a dyno tune be good for a daily driver? how long will the springs last?
3.I have a TCI 3500 converter right now, would it benifit me with this cam to upgrade to a Yank SS4000?

Thank you

1- dunno the difference but TR224 is a good cam
2- Yes if tuned by a pro. Springs will have to be checked every 15K (Doesn't mean you'll change hem, but checked)
3- For the street NO, but for the track YES.

I have a friend with the G5X2 and S3 CNC heads. His car idles and drives great with tuning.
