Default Popping from rear end

I just got a new Strange 12 bolt w/ 4.11 gears and a HD Eaton Posi, Spohn solid mount adjustable TA. Once an a while when I leave from a stand still under low acceleration it makes a single popping sound. This doesn't happen all the time. My Pinion angle is set a -3 degrees (-.5 pinion and +2.5 driveshaft) Should I try to lower my pinion angle to -2 degrees?

Or is there something else I should look at?

Also, This was a very expensive 1st mod, but I would recommend it to anyone. This car acts like it has 25 to 40 more HP.

Default

Never mind, I think I solved the problem, The lower rod end jam nut worked loose and was almost touching the torque arm to 12 bolt mount bracket. So when my suspension traveled, the jam nut whould hit the bracket. Hopefully I fixed it. It started to rain so I'll check it out more later.
