Default Popping from tranny, DS, or Rear PLEASE HELP

My car is making a popping sound when I let the clutch out in 1st or reverse. I just got a 12 bolt and spohn chassis mount TA. I checked the new install and noticed the lower rear TA mount Rod end Jam Nut was loose and touching the TA mount bracket. I thought this fixed it but the noise is still there. I have -3 Pinion Angle (-.5 Pinion and 2.5 DS).

I don't know where to start?

Pinion angle?
Tranny mount?
DS slines?
U-joint?
Tranny (please not the tranny)?

What do you think?

It's not the tranny mount.

It feels like its clunking under the arm rest. I think it might be the double joint on the front of the Torque arm right next to the DS hoop. See attached picture.

Has anyone had this problem?
