Anyone running 10.5" Z06 or equal in the rear?
I am curious to see if anyone has had any luck running 10.5" Z06 wheels in the rear of the car. I would like to do this so I can fit some 295 BFG g-Force DR's. Anyone have any rubbing? Need spacers, BFH mod? Lowered? Offset? Thanks a lot!

I had 58mm offset 10.5" Zo6'ers on my SS with 295/35ZR18 Michlen Pilot Sport tires. Had minor rubbing on the inner wheel well, nothing a BFH couldn't fix. I tried a 5/16" spacer more to ge the wheels to move outwards, but recommedn new lug studs if you go that route.
Currnetly running 295/35ZR18 Kuhmo Exsta MX on my 10.5" FIKSE's with a 38 mm offset, no inner wheel well issues, but with being lowered 1" the passenger side tire contacts the wheel well lip every once and a while.

I just posted a new thread, but I didn't see this thread until now.
I've got iForged Senekas on order. Currently they are 18x9s up front, and 18x10s in the rear. I've got 295/35/18 Pilot Sports already.
Should I go for a 10.5" wheel instead of the 10?
Lowering will be taken care of with LGM Coil Overs, so I'm gonna need room.
Would there be anyway to figure this out ahead of time? Thinking maybe around a 45mm or so offset in the rear?

My experience - I'm using 18x10.5" ZO6 replica wheels in the rear with a 53mm offset in addition to a 5mm spacer. This is equivalent to a 48mm offset. I'm using the standard 295/35/18 tires. I originally wanted to use 315/30/18, but decided to play it safe - I now feel that the 315's would have worked since I have approx .75" of minimum clearance to the inside fender (that's with no BFH). I did, however, have to roll the fenders since I'm lowered about 1-5/8" (Hypercoils).
If you want to play it safe and you have a lowered car, I would get no more than 56mm positive offset (preferrebly 53mm or less, numerically) with 295/35/18's. Do plan on either rolling the fenders or BFH depending on what offsets you end up using. With something like 45mm I would plan on rolling the fenders, but not the BFH.

Feel free to email me if you want some pics of the rolled fenders, etc.

IMO, the 10.5's look VERY good on the back of an F-bod. Dante and probably others make a nice +53mm offset ZO6 replica that will not require hammering the fenderwell or using a spacer when combined with a 295/35/18 tire. I think that the 9.5's are still a little small and tuck in a bit too much for my taste in the rear, so I'm biased. At any rate, just my .02.

I have 18x10.5 +58 on the rear of my 2002 Z28, and without a spacer, the tire (295/35/18) was ~1/16" from the inner fendrwell. I have a 12 bolt and 3" long studs, so I bought and installed a spacer (~1/4" thick), and they sit well, IMO. DEFINITELY get less than +58mm if you want a 10.5" wheel, I'm sure it would have rubbed w/out a spacer on my car.

I have factory Z06 wheels on my SS and its lowered. I tried spacers on my rear wheels, but didn't really feel safe with them on. I now just have an adjustable panhard rod on it. I did however need to beat in the inner wheel well. I still have a small amount of rubbing when getting on it in a turn.
