Default Truck Won't Start!!!

undefinedundefined
I can't figure out why my truck won't start after I put a new tranny in it. It's an 88' Chevy 1/2 ton pickup with a 350 and 700R4. I can't get my engine to start after putting a new 700 in it. Could the problem be with the electronic connector on the drivers side of the 700? The guy at the tranny shop said they put in a diesel valve to make it shift hydralically instead of electronically and that it shouldn't affect anything except that it is basically like putting in a shift kit. I can't figure out any other reason the engine won't start. It's getting fuel, spark, all wiring that I can find is connected. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

did you pinch a wire between the tranny/motor on reinstall? I have done that before and ground out a wire
