yea i've ordered parts from them twice, took months for my parts to finally arrived. I will never ever deal with them again.

The issue still stands that they are not a good company to deal with,just because they fixed YOUR problem doesnt mean there are no issues.

exactly, i'm sure scammers visit all the f-body forums, and when they find someone that is tipping other people off to how shitty they have been treated, they will make it right for that person so that they can save face and get more people to fall into the scam....the people that are quiet about it won't get shit.
so basically to get anything done with them, you have to bitch and scream about how shitty they are....that's not a good way to do business
i'm not saying that's the case here, and i'm glad that the issue was finally resolved, but it's still kinda "iffy" to me....i'll stick with the people that i know i can trust.....and in this day & age, an internet retailer will only make it if they do just that, provide service that will make people trust them

Trust me, I will NEVER deal with the company again!!! But I also told them that if they showed me the respect as a consumer, I would withdraw all my previous statements, which I did.
Funny thing is, I've been trying to contact them since the 9th of July with no success. I sent numerous phone messages and e-mails and still no reply. But the first time I mention reporting them to Charlie Crist, Florida's Attorney General, I get a response within 15 minutes (HINT HINT).

yeah, i'm not normally a violent person, but these kind of cockbags need to be drug out into the street and shot....or better yet, hang them in the "town square" and let them dangle for about a week as an example.... :devil:
