Default Need New Tires...

Time to get new tires. I now have some Bridgestone Potenza RE750 tires on my Camaro right now. Pretty good tires I must say. I am thinking about buying these tires again, but wanted to see if you guys have any other choices in tires...

Goodyear Eagle GS-D3's. Supposed to be the best all around tires for our cars. I'll be ordering my set on Monday. Check out the reviews at www.tirerack.com and www.1010tires.com

Another vote for the Eagle F1 GS-D3's. I will also be ordering a full set Monday! It's a small world.

Anyways, www.tirerack.com has a ton of reviews for any tire and some numerical ratings. I had to choose between these and the BFG g-Force KD's. I would have gone with the BFG's, but they didnt have the size I needed (285/35-18). They are also a little more expensive, and have better traction and cornering, but wear a little faster.

Do a search for the F1's and you will find some more info. Here is my thread about the BFG's.

I think the F1's are slightly better than the KDW's overall. Both are great tires though.

I am going to do some reasearch on these tires. The Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 look like great tires. One question though, it says that these tires are " Max Preformance Summer", are they still good year-round tires?

They are supposed to be an awesome rain tire also. Mine will be here on Wednesday, so I'll let you know what I think of them.
