Default TH400 guys, how do you shift?

do you use a manual valve body or is it somehow rigged up to your pcm?

Manual valve body, reverse pattern. Almost everyone on here that runs a TH400 has a transbrake, so the manual/reverse is a mandatory.

I prefer doing the shifting myself. The transbrake is pretty cool as well.

little off topic, but it has to do with shifting
so with the reverse manual, and since the TH400 is like a manual and say the Cheetah SCS shifter for example, do you throw it in "N" and set the parking brake when you park the car.
So thats R-N-1-2-3 if I am correct???

I think manual valvebody is the for sure way to go with the TH400.......it makes it fun

Another must have is a trans brake

It's your normal PRN123 pattern. P is all the way at the top.
