Cool AP-Engineering in the September 2004 issue of Chevy High Performance!

Hey all! We just wanted to let everyone know to check out a very nice article on our 408 engine package. It is on page 122 of the September issue of Chevy High Performance and it's titled "My Great 408".

We got 590 hp out of this engine used in the article, and there's plenty more details beyond that. Check it out!

We'd also like to thank Mike Kovar (Mike K.) for letting the magazine use the engine we built for him in the article.

If you would like any info on this engine and how we can put a 408 just like the one in the article together for you, just give us a call here at the shop!

Yeah its cool to see my actual motor in the article, I must say I'm pretty happy with the APE guys. I actually bought 3 of the magazines just to ensure I don't lose the article And to think I almost traded my car in after the last fiasco!!!!

Realy nice .
These guys from APE are the best to deal with. What I like about them is that theres always someone picking the phone . Jason realy have lots of patients to talk to me cause i can't speak english good . Tomorow I will go pick my APE 408 motor here in Aruba . It should be making a little more power than this one .Be ready to see one of the craziest street legal Xtreme in the Caribean . I have to check out this magazine in these days.

Good job on the engine, same shop I am going to have do mine.

You can support a fellow LS1Techie and Troop and someone can send me a copy since they really dont stock those over here right now in the next 9mo's I will be here...

Mike K. Have fun with that puppy and details on driveability please. Pics nice to, even though they all look the same sometimes.

It will be interesting to see the % difference between a engine dyno and a Dynojet. Congrats on the coverage.
