Default I'm ordering HP Tuners tomorrow or Thurs... advice?

What do I need to be looking for as far as optimal readings? What should I modify first? I know to back up the stock programming first, then change one thing at a time, test drive, back up that programming, etc.

Here's my set up..

Direct Flow Ram Air via Volant Intake + modified SLP hood
Pace 85mm MAF
QTP Headers
2.5" true duals w/ 2.5" high flow cats
NGK TR-55 plugs

start simple with things like cags, rev limiter, codes, fan settings if you have a cooler tstat, top speed limiter if yours already isnt set at at least 160mph, then work your way into fueling & timing.

Yeah... CAGS and A.I.R. codes are the first things to go.
I'm not worried about the top speed limiter or the rev limiter right now.
The A/F stuff needs to get done because I can smell fuel if I let the car sit and idle.
