Default which cam to use?

I have a 00' Z28, the engine from the intake back is stock but i am wanting to put in a mild cam. which cam would give me the best results with the stock setup? i would also like to know how hard it is to install without pulling the engine. thanks.

1. whats your definition of "mild"
2. what tranny

4. do you have access to tuning
5. do you have any emissions requirements
6. what rpm range are you looking for
