IS THIS A GOOD SIZE FOR ET STREETS 26X11.5X16? What is the major difference from this and 10.5? will the 11.5 work on stock 16x8 salad shooters? thanks

It will fit your stock rims just fine.
Remember, burnouts on concrete will shred them VERY quickly.
